Refund Policy
1. Overview
Toonkit ("Application") is committed to providing the best possible image and video generation experience. This document outlines policies regarding fees, subscription renewals and cancellations, refunds, and measures taken to prevent fraudulent activity on the platform.
2. Fees
To access paid services or any portion thereof, you must select a payment plan and submit payment information, including credit card or other payment method details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Toonkit is accurate and that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
If there are changes to your billing address or credit card expiration date, you must promptly update your account information through Toonkit or the designated payment processor. You agree to pay charges in accordance with your selected plan and the Application's Terms of Service.
If your selected plan includes an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize Toonkit and its payment processor to charge your payment method periodically as outlined in your plan until you cancel your account. You agree to pay all incurred charges.
"If you dispute a charge, you must notify Toonkit within sixty (60) days of the billing date or within any longer period permitted by applicable law."

"Toonkit reserves the right to modify its pricing. Any changes will be communicated at least fifteen (15) days prior to taking effect via the service interface, pop-up notifications, email, or any other reasonable method determined by Toonkit."
Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to the service, excluding taxes based on Toonkit's net income.
3. Plan Changes & Upgrades
- When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, the company will charge one month of the upgraded plan immediately.
- Upgraded plan benefits, including credits, become available immediately upon payment.
- Unused value from the previous plan is converted into credits and added to the new plan.
- Converted credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.
- Additional upgrade credits are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
- After upgrading, returning to the previous plan is not allowed. The upgraded plan renews automatically starting the next billing cycle.
4. Credits Issuance & Usage
- Credits are automatically issued upon successful payment.
- Credits are valid for 30 days from the issuance date and expire automatically thereafter.
- Used credits cannot be refunded or restored.
- Credits converted during an upgrade are valid only within the current billing cycle.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- "If any credits have been used, withdrawal (change-of-mind refund) is restricted under consumer protection laws."
- If credits have not been used, prorated refunds will be issued based on the remaining billing period.
- Used credits are considered fully consumed and are non-refundable.
- Refunds or cancellations are permitted only in the following cases:
- If service cannot be provided due to the company's fault
- If duplicate payments occur due to the company's responsibility
- Refunds for the above cases are computed based on unused credits and remaining time.
- "To cancel a subscription, you must request cancellation before the next billing date. Previously paid periods are non-refundable."
6. Fraud Prevention
"Toonkit enforces a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities and employs multiple security mechanisms, including:"
- Identity verification upon registration
- Advanced encryption protocols
- AI-powered fraud detection
Accounts involved in fraudulent transactions or misuse may be suspended or terminated immediately and reported to relevant authorities.
Users must provide accurate information and comply with the Terms of Service and applicable laws. Suspicious activity should be reported to cs@toonkit.io.
7. Modifications
This policy may be updated periodically. All changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
